How do I get access to the co-located events?
Ultimate ticket passes will allow you access to all sessions from all co-located events. Gold passes will allow you access to the Cybersecurity & Cloud Congress conference tracks and all free sessions from all co-located events. Free expo passes will allow you access to the main Exhibition Hall and Tradeshow and also will allow you access all free sessions from all co-located events.
Do you provide VISA letters?
We can only provide VISA letters if you have purchased a paid ticket, or are an exhibitor or speaker. Once you have paid for your pass please email enquiries@techexevent.com and our team will confirm on our registration system we have you and will be able to issue a VISA letter..
When will I get my badge?
You should receive your badge automatically after purchasing your ticket. If not received within the first 24 hours, please reach out to the team at enquiries@techexevent.com
