Joshua Fritsch is an accomplished Senior Technology & Business Executive with more than 25 years of experience across numerous industries including technology, media, higher education, finance, oil & gas, military, and government contracting. His broad areas of expertise and research interests include security, cloud computing and services, enterprise architecture, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, quantum computing, quantum cryptography, big data, business intelligence, productivity, risk assessment, compliance, financial optimization, and strategic planning.

Joshua holds a Master’s degree in Information Sciences with a focus on Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a Graduate Certificate in Enterprise Architecture, all from Penn State University. He has been a board officer and member with Penn State’s IT Leadership Council, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Mr. Fritsch has been with AccuWeather since 2016 and currently serves as their Vice President of Technology.
