Edward Tuorinsky founded DTS in 2011 with the vision to create a culture that facilitates the advancement of its employees, customers, and the industry. DTS strives to be an exemplar of service and has grown to more than 35 full-time employees serving commercial, government, and non-profit customers. As the managing principal and a service-disabled Veteran, Mr. Tuorinsky pulls from the depth of his personal and professional background to provide real-world expertise and guidance — always staying on the pulse of new market trends and evolving customer needs.
Prior to founding the company, Mr. Tuorinsky was a Captain and logistics officer in the U. S. Army, serving at various locations nationally and abroad. For ten years, he also headed the professional services divisions of two federal government consulting firms, managing a multi-million project portfolio, with billions of program dollars at stake. Mr. Tuorinsky is best known among his clients and colleagues for his indispensable leadership and vision as well as his integrity. He holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from the College of William and Mary and a Project Management Professional certification. Additionally, he is trained in CMMI methodologies.
