James has more than 20 years’ experience across both the public and private sectors working in on-shore and off-shore jurisdictions. His experience includes leadership roles that span both technical, information security and business continuity roles. James has been with the Financial Ombudsman Service for a number of years now and currently leads their information security and business resilience function. His ambition is to maintain an effective “secure” culture that ensures the safeguarding of the data they hold on behalf of consumers and employees alike. Set up by law, the Financial Ombudsman Service is completely independent and settles individual disputes between consumers and businesses that provide financial services.
